On November 12, 2010 the Louisiana Egg Commission cooked their famous ham & cheese omelets and "egg-ceptional" blueberry crepes for the Ryan Theriot Celebrity Golf Classic at Carter Plantation in Springfield, LA.

This entertaining event was held to raise funds and awareness for the National Wildlife Federation, Gulf Oil Spill Restoration Fund, the Autism Society of Greater Baton Rouge, and the Fore!Kids Foundation.
